LAVS' Selected Guarneri Violins represent fantastic value for the aspiring musical explorer or serious student. Constructed from choice European tonewoods and expertly setup by our workshop staff to ensure ease of play and sound production, it is covered in a handsome multi-faceted varnish of reddish-orange-brown and has been tastefully antiqued. It's one-piece back sports subtle flames and the ribs and scroll are produced from similar materials. Outfitted with a Wittner tailpiece, and boxwood pegs and chinrest, it yields a sound that is powerful, colorful, and responds quickly. It would be a great instrument for a promising young violinist, serious student, or professional in need of a secondary violin for outdoor performance settings.
